conscious eating

Food, the spiritual path

"Feed your body with the essence of nature."

Food for the body and soul.

I like the idea of creating a space about conscious eating, as a result of my experience.

It has simply occupied a special place in my life, because it comes naturally to me, I am passionate about it and I like to investigate myself.

At this stage of my life I feel very happy about how open, free and public the topic of conscious eating is, what a celebration!!!

From my earliest youth, interacting with others at celebrations, meals, etc., was difficult for me because of the way my environment related to food; meat, fried foods, flour, sweets and all kinds of super elaborate dishes.

Talking about conscious eating overwhelms me, so I will try to put the handbrake on so that this post is not endless... How exciting!!

I grew up in the countryside surrounded by animals and always felt emotionally connected to them. We are what we eat or we eat how we feel...I think both.

I feel that we need very little, and very basic, unlike what the food industry sells us. All you have to do is take a walk through any supermarket; fruits and vegetables identical to each other, like clones, tasteless, full of pesticides and even with new colors with all kinds of jars full of preservatives, colorings, additives...

Animals besides chopped up, wrapped in plastic and saturated with antibiotics and hormones... Going to a supermarket and seeing all this is an everyday act that is normal and nothing surprising.

A multitude of different allergies, intolerances, rare diseases...

A multitude of different allergies, intolerances, rare diseases...

The so-called alternative medicine, such as Traditional Chinese Medicine, Syntergetics, New German Medicine, Homeopathy, Bioenergetics and a long etc., have been relating and correcting multiple pathologies among other things through diet for decades and even centuries.

The so-called alternative medicine, such as Traditional Chinese Medicine, Syntergetics, New German Medicine, Homeopathy, Bioenergetics and a long etc., have been relating and correcting multiple pathologies among other things through diet for decades and even centuries.

Fortunately, there are more and more open-minded medical professionals who combine their knowledge from their medical careers with other types of medicine and therapies, thus giving birth to what they call INTEGRATIVE medicine, what a beautiful word.

Diet is responsible for a very high percentage of today's diseases, and they can be cured by correcting it.

Food as something cultural that is not always the best

It would also be ideal if, in schools and from a young age, our family doctor taught us how to live healthily instead of just trying to cure ourselves, when many times things cannot be fixed...

Television and other media, with the nocilla, the bollicao, the colacao and the animal-shaped cookies, have done and are doing obvious harm to everyone who is consenting and being victims the people with less knowledge and who have not had or do not have the opportunity to acquire them.

Also in medical schools they could teach future doctors about healthy eating and all those agents present in food that cause diseases, to lead a healthy life in its broadest sense (we surely do not see this even those of us who are sharing this space nor in three future generations...) and not only to try to cure diseases derived from ignorance and imposed negligence. (Many doctors are unconscious victims (because they want to...) of their own system, organized and structured by large pharmaceutical holdings that benefit from the disease, whose only interest is profit and who are consciously and deliberately anti-philanthropic... “Food as an emotional calmer”

We turn our refrigerators and pantries into emotional painkillers and not into healthy foods….

Food as a spiritual path

Rudolf Steiner We turn our refrigerators and pantries into emotional painkillers and not into healthy foods….

The human being can eat in a way that annihilates his inner independence and becomes a manifestation of what he eats. But he can aspire to be free and independent, so that what he eats does not prevent him from being what he can become."

It's something very broad...

Being vegetarian neither makes you a better person nor more evolved. This is just one part of many things that together can take you... wherever you choose.

Lots of love!!!
